Peace day

This event is particularly important each year for our school, as it highlights the values of peace, respect and solidarity at the heart of Montessori pedagogy.

This morning, we started the day by bringing our families together for a delicious breakfast. It was a warm and friendly moment, where we shared precious moments together. Then, the primary classes organized a symbolic march, joining forces to promote peace and harmony.

The event continued with enthusiasm thanks to the many impressive performances of our students. Each of these performances deeply reflected their thoughts on peace, captivating the amazed looks of their parents and all the participants present. It was a memorable day, full of emotions and inspiring sharing.

A magnificent art exhibition was also set up, highlighting the creative talents of our students. Each child expressed their vision of peace through drawings, paintings, collages and other artistic forms, bringing to life a universal message of harmony and brotherhood.

Visitors were able to wander among these works filled with meaning and emotion, discovering the wealth of ideas and sensibilities of each child. The colors, symbols and messages transmitted through these creations aroused admiration and reflection, offering a moment of contemplation and exchange between families, teachers and students.

This exhibition was a true testimony to the commitment of children in building a more serene and caring world.

We had the privilege of welcoming Mr. André Roberfroid, former president of the Association Montessori Internationale and UNICEF Deputy Executive Director for Children’s Rights, as well as Ms. Nadia Hamidi, president of the Association Montessori France. We also had the honor of welcoming Ms. Corinne Bulkaen, municipal councilor.
